The Challenge

The Bosch stores should offer customers a comprehensive experience of the product portfolio whilst facilitating the experience by digitally supporting the marketing, sales, and customer service processes. An important consideration for Bosch is to make all product data centrally available and to play them back automatically for the various touchpoints.

The Solution

Together with experts from Umdasch, a store concept was developed in the form of an inviting, homely product landscape. The Bosch brand’s goal of making everyday life easier with innovative products runs through the entire store.

Digital touchpoints such as displays and video walls, customer tablets and digital price labels were seamlessly integrated into the store design. This “natural” use of innovative technologies supports the modern positioning of the products.

The store concept allows customers to experience Bosch products in a modern setting and facilitates processes through integrated digital support. The Grassfish IXM Platform enables the automated creation and playback of content as well as the collection and display of essential analytical data.

For generations, the Bosch name has stood for ground-breaking technology and outstanding quality. Bosch is Europe’s leading household appliance brand. Consumers around the world associate it with efficient functionality, reliable quality, and internationally award-winning design.
